Join us on second Tuesdays, February through November, at 11 am for a line-up of literary fiction that explores culture, community, friendship, and family, hosted by Curious Iguana owner Marlene England. Tuesdays with Tea meets at ACNB Bank, 2 North Market Street, just steps away from Curious Iguana, and discussions include complimentary tea, courtesy of Voila!, the Iguana’s next-door neighbor. Explore literary fiction by international authors with our Global Voices Book Club, meeting at 7 pm on last Wednesdays, January through October, at Grace United Church of Christ, Room 3 (lefthand entrance at end of hall), 25 East 2nd Street, Downtown Frederick. Parking is available on the street and in Church Street parking deck.

Brevity Book Club, hosted by Curious Iguana bookseller Sarah Grace (she/her), explores the short and sweet side of literary fiction with collections of short stories from authors such as Carmen Maria Machado, Ling Ma, and Emma Cline. With a range of voices, topics, and genres, there is sure to be a story for everyone!

Register Your Book Club With Us! Registering your book club with Curious Iguana ensures your featured titles will be in stock, and book club members will receive 20% off your selected titles.
To register, complete this form or email info@curiousiguana.com with the subject line “Register My Book Club.” Include the name of your club, number of members, date and month of your next meeting, and featured title and author. Please provide ALL requested information and let your members know to purchase their books from Curious Iguana.
You must register at least four weeks in advance of your next book club meeting and you must provide all information requested below. We will notify you promptly if we are unable to order the book you’ve requested. Unless you request otherwise, we will order paperback copies of the title if available.
