IN-STORE RETURNS
Books can be returned for store credit, refund, or exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible, the book must be unused and in the same condition as when it was purchased. The book must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase from the customer’s Frequent Buyers Club (FBC) account. Special orders are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
Non-book items–including but not limited to gift cards, stickers, puzzles, journals, socks, tote bags, planners, calendars, seasonal and/or holiday items, cards, pens, and candles–are non-returnable. Any item purchased on sale is non-returnable.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders will be held for 14 days if not prepaid. Prepaid special orders will be held for 30 days. If a special order is not picked up within the specified timeframe, the book will be returned to store inventory. If prepaid, the amount will be credited to the customer’s FBC account.
ONLINE ORDERS
All online orders from curiousiguana.com can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of the item. Shipping cost is nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards purchased online or in-store are not eligible for refund or exchange. If a gift card is purchased for in-store pickup, the customer has 30 days to pick up the gift card or the gift card will be donated.

EVENT BOOKS
Books purchased for or at an event are non-returnable. Ticket sales may be refundable based on the event ticket supplier.
