Local poet alert! Saturday, May 24, we are excited to welcome local poet Tayler Brianne for a meet & greet at our store as she promotes her latest book, Make Yourself at Home. Tayler will be at Curious Iguana from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm to meet readers and sign books. Copies of Make Yourself At Home will be available for purchase at this event.

About the book: Make Yourself at Home is a deeply intimate collection of poetry that traces one woman’s journey through healing, self-discovery, and the art of belonging to oneself. About the author: Tayler Brianne is local to Frederick and writes poetry, short stories and screenplays. Make Yourself at Home is her second self-published poetry collection. Her first collection You Were Never Nice was released in 2023.
