Save the date! Celebrate Independent Bookstore Day with us on Saturday, April 26, anytime between 10 am-8 pm! What is Independent Bookstore Day? A nationwide celebration of indie bookstores!
Here’s how we are celebrating at the Iguana:
-We will have one golden ticket from Libro.fm hidden amongst the shelves for one lucky winner to find! This golden ticket gives the winner 12 audiobook credits from Libro.fm – a platform where you can enjoy books while supporting indie bookstores like us. Please note: the ticket will not be hidden in our lovely books, just amongst the shelves.
-The first 50 customers who spend $50 or more in-store on 4/26 will receive a free IBD tote bag!
-Bestselling horror author Clay McLeod Chapman is joining us from 2 pm-3 pm to sign all his books and meet fans!
-We’ll have Indie Bookshop Crawl Passports available for anyone who wants to participate this year! The crawl kicks off on Indie Bookstore Day but you have the whole month of May to visit as many locations on the passport as you’d like to win prizes. All details can be found on our pinned post and on the passport.
